It is not really that simple to use emojis on computers as we do on Android. Because there is no emoji on the computer's keyboard. But here is how you can use emojis on Windows and Linux very easily.

If you are on windows then right-click on the taskbar then turn on "Show touch keyboard button" and then if you press Windows Key + . Key then you will see emoji option.
Or there is another way. Download this emoji keyboard and whenever you need to use emojis; just press Insert button on your keyboard and then you will see emoji option to use. For Linux try this keyboard.
